ISMND 2026 HONG KONG

The International Society for Molecular Neurodegeneration brings together the world’s leading researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to advance our understanding of neurodegenerative diseases at the molecular, cellular, and systems-based levels. ISMND 2026 will focus on cellular dysfunctions and therapeutic strategies across neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, the program will address other major pathogenic pathways such as genetics, aging, proteostasis, immune responses, vascular dysfunctions, and peripheral effects.

The International Society for Molecular Neurodegeneration, or ISMND, is a nonprofit organization that serves as an accelerator for the continuous improvement of brain and eye health and well-being by creating a multidisciplinary global platform for scientists, physicians, and the public from different facets and scientific disciplines to more readily connect, share and communicate scientific discoveries, and develop cures for neurodegenerative diseases, in the hopes of a world free of brain and eye diseases. ISMND is also committed to the training and education of young scientists, fostering the next generation of leaders in neurodegeneration research.
