- Event-related information: Dietary restrictions, required disability assistance per ADA guidelines, all abstract or invited speaker information.

The personal information collected is used for the following purposes:
- Event registration: To better manage your participation in the conference.
- Communication: To send updates, announcements, and information related to the event.
- Dietary preferences: To accommodate any dietary restrictions for event meals.

Your data will be accessed by HKUST, who are supporting us in developing and maintaining the conference website. Your personal data will be stored on HKUST’s secure servers for up to 6 months after the event. After this period, data will be transferred to ISMND’s servers for record-keeping.
